Charmwood Habitat Bank
The Charmwood Habitat Bank will initially include 32 hectares of this farm. Habitats to be enhanced and created include species rich chalk grassland, other neutral grassland, broadleaved woodland, mixed scrub and species rich hedgerows with trees.
The vision for this land is not only to produce wildlife rich habitats but also to replace landscape features such as hedgerows that have been lost through agricultural intensification.
